How I approach the work
The work starts with real workflows and a data sample. I identify bottlenecks, assess evidence quality and prioritize controls. Implementation advances through simulation, internal validation and gradual rollout, alongside documentation and training.
Applied experience
In a handwritten card project, automatic pre-triage reached approximately 78%, with a human making the final decision. In fraud detection, I used percentile calibration and discarded signals that could not distinguish legitimate from suspicious behavior. These are examples of approach, not forecasts for another operator.
