How I approach the work
I start with a representative sample and the workflows that consume the most time or create the most uncertainty. I identify data gaps, prioritize improvements and design justified rules. Implementation, documentation and training can be included in the same engagement.

Previous projects include approximately 3,000 payments analyzed for signal calibration, ticket assignment reduced from two hours to 12 minutes, and an approximately 45% reduction in incident resolution time in an automation project. Metrics belong to specific contexts.
